Customer Service
Our main focus is to build strong personal relationships with the Chefs and Managers, so that they have direct access to the CEO which enables quick responses to any situation.
We maintain a 7 days per week delivery system and an ordering facility for customers that is accessible anytime. We are the only supplier in the market that offers this level of customer service. The chef's and purchasing officers also have the advantage of dealing with the Owner/Head butcher/CEO of the organisation. They are not dealing with an employee.
